Who we are
Infinia Solutions is a technology consultancy based in Canada. This policy covers this website and the information you send us through it. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, company, work email address and your message. That is all. We do not ask for anything else, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to keep a record of that conversation. We never sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Services that handle your information
- Web3Forms receives your form submission and forwards it to our business email.
- Vercel hosts this website and keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, to run and secure the service.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.
These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it is subject to local law.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain normal business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Send the request through the contact form and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
